I ordered a subwoofer and they never shipped the itm. They said it shipped but they never shipped the item. If you talk with UPS they have never shipped anything through them so anything to the contrary is a lie. I also filed a complaint with the FTC and I would suggest everyone else to do the same, maybe we can run these thieves out of business.
