I have ordered multiple times and each time there is a screw up. Today I was charged $5.95 + $1.00 and then two times for $99.95 + $206.85 for a very clear phone order. With this number of complaints we should file a class action suit, report them to the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. Anyone game, if so send in another complaint with your name. Or better still Google all of the entities above and start calling and reporting this corrupt company. read full review »
