my contract was up with them, i called to revise the new contract for a lesser amount per month (dropped the maintainance fees), they sent me the new contract, I signed it sent it back and yet month by month the continued to bill me for the original contract. calls, calls just did not help. I just stopped paying hoping they will discontinue my service. Last week my wife received a phone call from a man calling fron Safe Home Security (caller id) saying he was an attorney and is planning to take us to court for the amount of $1, 200.00 +/- . Let them, i have a copy of the revised contract and all of you behind me. read full review »
