Bank of America uses Telatron in Erie, Pa to manage its credit card accounts. Many of the people that they hire to manage your credit card accounts, which contain personal and sensitive information, are criminals. Some of the employess have felony charges for grand theft larceny, identity theft, felony drug possession etc. just to name a few.
