Their website claims "Please email Crayton Electronics with any problem. We answer all emails within 48hrs. [email protected]" but they will not reply to my email.<br /> <br /> They shipped me a defective phone, when I contacted them per above to get an exchange, which their web site guarantees, there was no reply in 12 days. I have repeatedly emailed them but still no response after 2 weeks. Apparently they take your money and run. Do not use this company, what they are doing is illegal. read full review »
