I'm a new bride to be that got engaged last night and my ring is a little loose. I came into Zales to get my finger resized which three employees were working. I greeted them in which they should have greeted me and I receieved no customer service. They never acknowledged my friend and I as they passed by me like I never exsisted. I felt very disrespected and as if I did not have a purpose for being in the store let alone any money to afford their merchandise. It was very upsetting and disappointing to be such a high standard quality jewlery store. read full review »
