My family was walking into the Menards store # 3136 in Avon Indiana . As we ( my family ) were walking into the store over at the service desk there was a man employee grooping a woman employee`s body in a way that should not/never be done in a place of business. We went to an employee and asked to speak to a manager about what we had just seen. This employee took us over to the manager, to our surprise the manager was the man that was touching the female employee . So, there was no one to report this incident to .
