This is the best. I had an appointment with A&E today 12/16/09 between 8:00am-12:00 noon. Called customer service at 12:10 and was told the Technician was running late, she would try and reach him and get back to me. At 1:40, I called again, was told that they would contact the technician and get back to me. No call back either time from Customer Service. I call again around 3:00, as I was speacking with Customer service, I looked out the window and saw the truck, in front of my house.
