I am SOOOOO upset! I got the FREE sample in Nov. 2009 but like the other complaints I found a charge of $87.62 USD/$ 94.77 CDN on my credit card for Dec. 2009 and I called the credit card company to dispute it. I used the above number to cancel with a cancellation # and the name of the agent handling my call. "Diana" stated that they did not have to have a disclaimer letter with the free trial sample as it was on the terms and conditions on the website.
