I had a very bad virus so I called Mircosoft Support and thought I had them on the phone. I was told the service was free and allowed this lady to come in my system remoteley. She brought up the event viewer showing many viruses and trojans. So she installed the super bug software to remove my problems. After 44 minutes she said now that it is time to remove your troubles it will be 499.00. I told her she told me over and over it was free. A robot called and left a message saying my prescription has been approved. Please call 1 800 711 4559 so I did. Of course I had to give my name, address, DOB and phone number. Once I gave her all of this information..my whole life...she could not find me in the system. I told her to destroy the info she had written down and she claimed it is gone as soon as she writes it down. I am disabled and get a lot of medication through the mail so I never thought about this being a scam. So any one else trying to ge their prescriptions buyer beware. read full review »

I just got my bill today with a 1.99 data charge. I called and asked what is a data charge and was told it is a charge for texting. I told them we have a text block on our phone and do not ever text. I told her I would not pay it and to check my previous bills and to delete all of them. She did not sound too convicing but claims she will delete the charge and it will show a credit next month. We will wait and see. Check your statement-if you do not text have them delete the charge because one year is 23.88 plus extra taxes if you do not have this removed. We went to renew our contract and get two new phones for signing the new contract. Instead we were charged 89.99 for each phone and told we were eliglible for 100.00 rebate. We went home to charge our phones (67 miles round trip) only to discover my husbands phone did not charge. We called the store and were told to drive back there. I have been with Belk Department Stores since 2003. I have always paid my balance off every time I use the card thus having a perfect payment history. To get an upgrade on their credit card you must spend 600.00 per year. Well my husband just lost his job in July and does not have an income. We use my money to buy much needed winter wear due to this cold front.
