I have just received my grandson's Christmas present from Play.com and I was appalled that it was just in a polybag. It was posted on Wednesday 9th December and only arrived Thursday 17th. This is a lot longer than expected and the box was damaged! I sent for another gift for my other grandson from Toyshop and that came well boxed. These gifts are in the range of £40 each so I would have expected better packaging. read full review »
