Ordered Alienware custom laptop 10/9/09. Was told it would arrive in about 14 days. Have been getting weekly revised delivery dates since then. Today - 12/17/09 - received another for 12/31/09 - my daughters PC has now died and now has no mechanism to do school work. You can't complain to anyone since when you call you get send around the customer service arena - which I doubt exists in the gool 'ol USA. So...they have my $4, 700 and I don't have a laptop!
