I had the same issues, I finally found a number to cancel, rather than usig the quickcashsupport.com, which DOESN'T work anyways. The number to call is 866-336-9634. Be patient I had a recording & was on hold for 45 minutes before I talked to a live person, but I was able to cancle. If you got the Fraud protection and want to cancele the number is 866-387-2521, they answered right away even on Sunday & cancelled w/no problems.
