Mailed request on 9-28-2009 to cancel contract and get full refund of $423. Phone call on 10-27-2009 to check on status of refund. Was told request was received and refund would be sent 4 to 6 weeks from date of request receipt. This would be in date range of 10-28 to 11-11. Called numerous times beginning on 11-20-09 with no contact. Could not get by their recordede announcement. Mailed a letter on 12-04 requesting status of refund.
