I was struck by a car while walking in the parking lot of Meijer Grocery store on Saturday December 12, 2009 at around 11:00 AM, and suffered a back sprain, contusions, and lose of vision. The driver sped away and, since I don't own a cellular phone, I went into the store and asked the people at the customer service desk to call 911 for me so I could get an ambulance.
