I entered into a 2 year contract with Urban Active at the Crocker Park facility. The membership was set to expire in Sept 2007 and I did not want to renew because I have been 21 miles away from a facility for over a year after in Aug 2008 (more on that later). When I called in Sept to insure the membership was indeed set to expire and no more charges were to be incured, I was informed that they were going to bill for Sept and that I needed to provide 'written' notice of the expiration.
