I was a long time customer of AT&T (before they became AT&T). Up until about 4 years ago I had great DSL, Wireless and phone service. Over the last 4 years, my DSL connection and wireless internet, cell phone, and home phone lost connectivity. After numerous phone calls to service and support over those years, and finally being told there was NO WAY they would be able to help me regain connectivity, I decided to drop them and go with Time Warner Cable.
