I should have took the hint, it took three attempts to geth them to return a call just to make the appt. A nice woman called Sue called and said sorry, she would send a melanie out, although the schedule was very tight as she was a mother. Another red flag, if this is a prof company. The day of estimate apt I got a call two hours before, Melanie had to go elsewhere, the details I can't recal as I was angry, but Sue was nice and made another apt three days later.
