I took an idea pre paid connect on 5th December 2009. When I took the connection, I submitted my passport copy as proof gave my passport photo and signed on their form. The line was working till 12th December. Then they barred my connection on the basis of not submitting the needed documents. How irresponsible are they to loose my passport copy and photo and what about the signed form I gave? I continuously contacted them for the next 4 days.
