I ordered a pair of UGGS, when they arrived - from CHINA, they were obviously not authentic. Their website says they are 100% Authentic. I can return the boots for a refund, but I have to send them to China. When I contacted the company, they would not even sign a name to the email they sent. They apparently have a sister company called excellentboot.com as well. I wish people would have reported them, so I would not have to be going through this aggravation right now.
