Having a 2003 dodge 1 ton Ram pickup the torque converter bolts came loose from the flex plate. The torque converter also locked up causing the vehicle to vibrate. TPA risk management declined to pay for the repairs due to: 1. They said they did not cover bolts. These are the 8 bolts which hold the torque converter to the flex plate or flywheel. 2. They said the truck had a 5th wheel hitch in the bed of the truck. This is a 1 ton cummins diesel.
