I needed Dell to change the address on a package that was in route because I moved from one place to another. Well Dell told me to call DHL, the company that delivers their packages, to tell them to change the address by simply giving DHL the tracking number. DHL would not change the address because they are in agreement with Dell on sending DHL an email from Dell's liguistics department or whatever department to DHL to authorize this change.
