The day I received my first email congratulating me on becoming a member I replied to tell them I want to cancel and not be charged for anything. I then Received a bill the next month. I immediately called them and explained I canceled, faxed them the printed email and they said it was canceled and not to worry about the charges. I HAD TO DO THIS OVER AND OVER FOR 4 MONTHS.
