I canceled my DirecTV account 3 weeks into the service because I was lead to believe the cancellation fee was a flat fee of $20 at the time of sign up by the sales representative on the phone. When I got my bill, I realized this was not the case, tried to communicate to the company of the problem, was told too bad basically even tho there is no one you can talk to who can help you. I canceled because I felt the victim of bait and switch and they are still going after me for the money which is over $320. I now have health issues... read full review »
