Salesman (Brian) guaranteed in writting that my timeshare would be sold in 90 days or money back. I have an email to that affect. I contacted the company regularly to update me on the status and they lied to me on several occations. At one time they said they received an offer but rejected it because it was too low. I told them I would take it but the person (Francisco) said that they already told him no.
