Submitted a 3 year old Barbour Winter coat for repair to them as the zipper became stuck and unusable. I certainly didn't expect a cheap repair, but nor did I expect a $70 repair with a 4-7 week quoted return time. 9 weeks later, I have no relief from the merchant, no offer to make good on the cost of the repair, no status on when I should even begin to expect the garment to be returned.
