I purchased a warrenty some time back and decided to cancel in September. I was told I would receive a refund back within 30 days. It has been 3 months and no refund. I called several time to be told it will be another 3 weeks over and over. I also contacted the BBB, they responded with an exact date of 12/11. Still nothing. I saw in one of the complaints, it was suggested, we should file a class action suite. I 'm in! I feel there will be enough of us that have been scamed by this company to successed. Nothing will happen if nobody takes action. read full review »
