December 17, 2009 I have called this insurance company three days in row for them to return the OVERPAYMENT of $20.40 they autumatically deducted from the account of the disabled person I care for. They have NOT put that money(credited) back on his account, causing the patient overdraft fees beyond his ability to pay. Their daily phone 'promises' are not nice. Prescription Solutions is DELIQENT, harmful to the patients financial well-being, and intentionally WAY slow to advantage THEIR accounts. read full review »
