Magicjack seemed like an inexpensive way to save money on the phone bill, but instead, it has been one huge headache. The line is constantly making crackle noises and the other end cannot hear what you are saying. I called magicjack and they said my computer was too old for the product. My computer is 43 days new! The customer service rep was annoying and rude and insisted that the problem was at my end and not magicjacks'.
