On Nov. 30 2009, I ordered the Colon Cleanse and Acai Berry product. I received the Acai Berry, but never the Colon Cleanse. I had a charge of $83 pending on my credit card so I immediately call the 800 number (800-380-8569). I called them 10 times that day and always got the same recording that they had high volume and the wait would be over 10 min. After abut 3 mins it asked me to leave a message at did that 3 times and no one returned my call. This was on the 15th of Dec.
