A fraudulent order was placed in my name for a free trial of Wu-Yi Source tea which I discovered when I received an email confirmation. I responded that I had not placed the order, to cancel it, and that I would not pay for it. 15 days later a box from Wu-Yi was left at the door by USPS. I called Wu-Yi the next day at 866-449-5567 and was told the order had been placed in my name with my address and contact information.
