I placed an order on 11/21/2009. Site said it would take up to 3 days to process. It is now 12/17/2009 and the order is still "processing". My payment went through the day I placed the order. I left several emails as you cannot speak to anyone on the phone, you get a recording and their voicemail is always full. I never received a reply as to when my order would be shipped.
