Ordered a hand-held shower unit from this company, kisted as "like new condition. Item arrived with teflon tape wrapped around the connection where the hand-held unit attaches to the hose. Leaked like crazy at that connection. Obviously this was returned damaged, never even looked at, and re-sold by this less than honest company. Tried to contact them to no avail, won't bother even responding to emails after a week. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. read full review »
