We listened to 4 window companies describe their products for the replacement of the windows in our home. We learned a great deal from this as each one spent at least an hour in our home. While we liked the Taylors Window sales rep very much, we chose another company based on the product and on the warranty they offered (all of the other companies gave us a copy of their warranty and went over it with us...except Taylors...I was told I could find it on their website).
