It appears that the unending criticism on the Internet and in newspapers and magazines around the globe cannot move Dell to service its products in a responsible way. Personally, I have been trying for almost two weeks to get my Dimension E510 back into operation and I have heard every story in the book. Most recently, I was to receive, by DHL Express, a rescue disk by May 19th.
