My home burned down and insurance wanted us to use 1 of 3 of their preferred providers, we chose Midlans Marble and Granire in Omaha. The lady (which I found out later was related to the owner, they are all related except for their contractors) promised additional discounts at the time of signing. When my husband and I come to their store that changed (at least she tried) but she had already told us 99 cents pr sq ft for our tile, so we called her on that.
