I live next to McDonald's and have children. We have been going there for yrs and spending a lot of money. The last 3-4 times I have gone the food was cold, service was only focused on fast not friendly or good. Every time I ask for sauce for the chicken nuggets or maybe a packet of ketchup I don't ever seem to get it and when I get home after spending the time and the money I do expect to have some sauce for my COLD nuggets.
