I had it for two months with no problem but then it dropped every few days. I contacted Verizon many times and after 10 days out of the month with no DSL they still wanted to bill me full price. Escalated my claim and got out of the contract with no penalty but they acted like it was a favor to allow me to go with a service that actually worked. Been with SimTouch DSL for 3 months now problem free and hoping it stays that way. read full review »
