I just found this site and would like to contribute to supporting both the positive and negative reports here. I few years back, I had a container from a competitor that WMI bought out. Without notifying me, they sent out a truck, picked up the near-empty container and then tried to charge me a service fee. They said that I had had the container too long. I explained that time between pick ups was not mentioned in any contract with the competitor. They tried to tell me that I was bound by their standard contract.
