I mortgaged my current home with USAA in 2006 seeing how their customer service is outstanding. Little did I know that they would sell my loan off to US Bank. US Bank was one thing after the other in regards to mishaps. They screwed up my escrow account and applied payment to my loan that wasn't for me. I called to investigate how I could have gained a payment they insisted that this was correct.
