I've placed my order with TyentUSA in mid May. I have been told that my order should arrive within 10 business days - around May 25. On May 29 I still did not receive my order and decided to call TyentUSA. The only person that was available to speak to me was receptionist, which did not have any information to help me. I've been told that someone from TyentUSA will call me back. After a few hours of waiting for that call I called them again - the same story.
