There is no such thing as customer service at Sears. No wonder their stock is falling. I've been trying to resolve my service problem since January. It is the end of May and the ordeal still is not over yet. I'm tired of the running around, all my calls being transferred, being lied to by their reps and service techs that don't know what they are doing.
