Linens n Things closed their stores, but kept their online store. I suppose new owners took over the site and do not honor gift cards purchased at their stores. It is poor customer service! If they want to do business under the exact name, logo, etc. they should stand by products purcahsed to protect their reputation. I have a $50 card that is worthless and get no response from their customer service department. They won't get any business from me again. read full review »
