Mediacom e-mail in the Des Moines area has been "in transition" to a "better" service for more than a week. Initially, nothing worked, then e-mail was very slow or not sent at all. Now it has improved, but I'm using an Apple computer and needed help with resetting my account. After wading through an extensive phone tree and waiting on hold another ten minutes, I was finally connected to a human being.
