Very very bad online shopping experience frome Ninewest.com They started to sell used shoe with extremely poor customer service... refuse to give out name or employee I.D (because don't want to take responsibilities), and hung up on customer's phone call when I asked for last name...(same thing happened for second attempt) never ever going to shop anything from them anymore...and try my best to let people know about this experience read full review »
