I too, signed up for a 12 day free trial and did not receive it until 2 days after I called company to ask what the $99.10 charge was for. I was told at that time that the charges would be reversed. I received the trial pack the next day. I did received $49.55 back but the other half they say is for the first months product, which I haven't received and which shouldn't have been sent, since I had called and cancelled. On checking the USPS, I find that the trial offer was originated on on 12/08 (the day of my first call) and the second shipment was sent 12/16, 8 days after my original cancellation. read full review »
