I purchased a sofa, love seat, and recliner from WG&R in Green Bay. The sales associate sold me the Ultra-Shield warrenty stating that any stain, rip, etc. would be covered by the company. About a month passed...Somehow, I dont know, there is a 1" rip in the face of the cushion of the sofa. I called WG&R and they said that I should get in contact with Ultra-Shield.
