A lot of their products come out of Hong Kong and there is no way to track where your product is or when it will arrive. The person(s) answering the phone are no help either. If you do decide to order from them, be assured that your product will take at least 3 weeks to arrive (if it does at all). The Mgr (possible owner) is Gary.
