My husband and I bought a mini dachshund from Justin Sullivan on July 31, 2009. He said she was 6 wks old, shots up to date and healthy. One wk later, she got sick and was diagnosed with kennel cough. Then about 3 days later she could barely breathe and was re diagnosed with pneumonia.
