I was leaving Winco in a disability cart and was demanded a drivers License by a employee. After objecting, I just left without submitting one. If Winco wants to use a "License requirement" for the disabled because of thievery, thus in a way insulting them, then they should try that on the general public with the push carts as those are stolen also. I wonder what the reaction from the general public would be if they demanded Dirvers Licence to use there push carts? Store closing. read full review »
